The buyer must make payment only to the official bank account stated in documents issued by CV. Media Mitra Indonesia.

The buyer should independently verify any request to change bank account details. Gum Damar Suppliers is not responsible for payments sent to unauthorized accounts resulting from phishing, impersonation, falsified documents, or instructions that were not verified through our official contact channels.

Production and shipment may be postponed until the agreed payment has been received and verified.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, port of loading, destination, estimated schedule, freight responsibility, and transfer of risk will be specified in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Delays may occur because of circumstances including:
